1. Retail and Preferred Customer Sales
Earn income and personal volume by selling products at retail prices. Purchase products at wholesale prices and sell direct, or refer your contacts to your IBO (Independent Business Owner) website.
Enrolling Preferred Customers on AutoShip gives them a 15% discount of retail price and your organization earns Team Volume as a result.
2. Fast Start Bonus (paid weekly)
The Fast Start Bonus (FSB) is earned by IBOs as they help new enrollees start their own independent business. You will be paid an FSB based on the size of a new enrollees enrollment kit, and based on the consistency at which you help new IBOs start their businesses.
Earn higher Fast Start Bonuses by consistently sponsoring two or more new IBOs every four weeks!
3. Team Commissions (paid weekly)
Earn a 10% commission on Group Volume of your lesser binary leg.
4. Leadership Bonus Pool
MAAKOA reserves up to 4% of total commissionable product volume company-wide for qualified Executives and above (see rank descriptions for more details). This bonus is used at the discretion of the company to reward those IBOs who go above and beyond, and it is adjusted to keep total company commissions within the 55% limit.
5. AutoShip Order Rebates
Distributors whose product orders during the 4 week bonus cycle are more than 200 pv will recieve 25% of the volume above 200pv paid to them through the AutoShip Order Rebate. Fifty percent of the volume over 200 will roll over into total group volume in the binary tree.
6. Team Builder Bonus (The 2-4-6-8 Bonus)
The Team Builder Bonus is designed to compliment the Fast Start Bonus as a way to promote duplication and team work. Once an IBO has enrolled two new IBOs in a 4week period, they may earn an additional bonus of $80 by helping those new IBOs become Active (with current volume of 100 pv or more) and Qualified (having two active personal sponsors of their own) within four weeks of their individual enrollment dates.
7. Leadership Matching Bonus
The Leadership Matching Bonus (LMB) entitles you to receive a percentage of the Team Commissions of personal sponsors and their direct descendants, up to a total of six generations. A generation is defined as all qualified (for LMB) people you personally enroll, and the qualified people they personally enroll, and so on to the sixth generation. Everyone you personally enroll is placed in your 1st generation. Each generation has no population limit. This LMB tree is organized completely separate from the binary tree and simpy follows the line of personally sponsored team members in your organization. To qualify for LMB, you must achieve Silver Director rank or greater and you must meet personal volume qualifiecations.
